With over 21 years of unwavering commitment to the real estate profession, I have proudly called Las Vegas home for more than 25 years. In my capacity as a full-time agent, I've served as a listing contingency agent for the nation's foremost new home builder in the Las Vegas Valley. My specialization in New Home sales allows me to derive joy from educating buyers on the intricate details of the building process, and materials and seamlessly guiding them through transactions from lot selection to the final stages. Moreover, my passion extends to being a listing agent, where I offer valuable insights into the listing process and employ strategic negotiation techniques when handling offers.

Outside the realms of real estate, I am a dedicated father of two, actively supporting my daughters in their competitive sports endeavors. Our family treasures moments spent on cruises, creating lasting memories together. On a personal note, I am an avid golfer, finding solace and enjoyment on the golf course.

One of my proudest achievements is the establishment of one of Nevada's top 10 producing real estate teams. It has been an absolute honor to assist numerous military families stationed at Nellis and Creech Air Force Base in finding their ideal homes.
